About the Site

You have arrived at my attempt to tell you why I have created this web site.  Frankly, I love what I do, and enjoy the experience of assisting people with the purchase of their new home.

Educating a first time home buyer is truly a rewarding experience and one that I take very seriously.  My job is to listen to what you say, help you make intelligent decisions, lead the way in negotiations, and give you sound advice.  My goal is to make this a smooth and stress free experience.

I prefer to take the honest approach and answer all of your questions to the best of my ability, even if the answer is not the one you want.  When it comes to something I don’t know, I’ll get the answer.   I don’t pretend to know everything, as this current market is ever changing, from one day to the next. I will be there to offer guidance and support, and represent your best interests.

Take your time to research the process of buying.  Get prequalified with a lender before you start looking at property.  Don’t be afraid of foreclosures, look at short sales only if you have patience, take your time.  The home for you is out there.  You’re not the first “picky” buyer.  Find an agent you trust and respect and then get started.  Ask for references, look for experience.  I hope that person is me, and I look forward to hearing from you in the not too distant future.
